PRODUCT PICTUREMAIN FUNCTION:The machine can automatically measuring, bag forming, filling, sealing, cutting, counting, etc.It adopts the unique embedded style sealing, enhanced heat sealing mechanism, which also bears capability such as intelligent temperature control, low noise, sealing texture clearness, and tight sealing .FEATURES:1.The machine mainly adopts the imported PLC controller to set the length of the bag arbitrarily, set the total number ofpackage, show the quantity of bag package, and set the total package task for automatically stop.
2.Using intelligent temperature controller for horizontal and vertical sealing temperature.
3.Intelligent photoelectric positioning,strong anti-interference, stop and alarm once two abnormal marked bags detected.
4.Stable and reliable performance, nice appearance,stainless steel structure, conforming to the hygienic requirements of food and medicine packaging.
5.Easy to adjust the position of the cutter,the latest designed switchblade cutter, it can cut off singly or in series .and avoid the bag jamming, the cutter is highly durable.
6.Using piston pump type measurement which offers high accurate measurement if the materials has uniform density and is in conformity with the national standard.
7.The bagging system equipped with the step motor, the bag length precision is high.and the error is less than 1 mm.
8.Lower power consumption and little space occupation.
9.According to the request, the various cutting style can be selected by replacing the cutter,such as plain edge, patterned edge and series bag once cutting. and the band print or the steel stamp coding can be selected according to the requirement.

A: Generally, you will find the solutions in the manual. But if still can not solve the problem, please contact with the after-sale service department or the sales person by email or phone. We will reply you within 24 hours.
Q: Can we invite your engineer to our company to install or solve the problem when necessary?
A: Sure, we can send our engineer to serve you. Customer should be afford the freight, accommodation and labor charge 100 USD per day.
Q: Where can we buy the spare part for maintenance?
A: There's a batch of consumptive parts shipping along with the machine for free. And usually it is recommended to buy another batch of consumptive parts for 1 year, in order to save shipping cost for parts in the future. Well, if some parts are needed in operation, common parts are in stock to assure the delivery time within 3 days, and can be sent by express.
Q: What are the payment terms?
A: TT and LC are acceptable. If pay by TT, 30% down payment before producing, 70% balance pay before arranging shipping.
Q: What's delivery time?
A: Normally delivery time is about 25-30 days after receving down payment for one set packing system, depend on customer's requirement.
