Q: What to do if the machines don't work appropriately?
A: Generally, you will find the solutions in the manual. But if still can not solve the problem, please contact with the after-sale service department or the sales person by email or phone. We will reply you within 24 hours.

Q: Can we invite your engineer to our company to install or solve the problem when necessary?
A: Sure, we can send our engineer to serve you. Customer should be afford the freight, accommodation and labor charge 100 USD per day.

Q: Where can we buy the spare part for maintenance?
A: There's a batch of consumptive parts shipping along with the machine for free. And usually it is recommended to buy another batch of consumptive parts for 1 year, in order to save shipping cost for parts in the future. Well, if some parts are needed in operation, common parts are in stock to assure the delivery time within 3 days, and can be sent by express.

 
Q: What are the payment terms?
A: TT and LC are acceptable. If pay by TT, 30% down payment before producing, 70% balance pay before arranging shipping.


Q: What's delivery time?
A: Normally delivery time is about 25-30 days after receving down payment for one set packing system, depend on customer's requirement.
